things i noticed after losing 20 pounds
-people around me, especially people who i havent seen in a long time, keep telling me ive lost weight and that i look ‘better’
-my fingers are much more thinner. i use to wear rings that were too small for me before but now they fit in all of my fingers
-i fit a lot more in my skinny jeans, theyre less thight and more comfy
-my neck and collarbones are WAY more defined. when i touch my collarbones i can feel them a lot more and i see them when looking in a mirror
-my double chin is almost gone, which is a great fucking thing for my self esteem
-my wrists are more thinner, theres a lose space between my fingers now when i wrap them around my wrists
-im starting to have a thigh gap, not a big one, but i can notice im starting to have one
-i feel full a lot quicker and have no problem being full with a children sized plate/portion
- im not as sweaty as before and i dont get as tired as before
-my skin looks a lot better and i dont have to wear heavy makeup to hide my imperfections
i think thats it for the moment, 20 lbs isnt a lot, but u can definitely start seeing changes, even if theyre small. so dont give up, i believe in you 💜
